Build a career as an Outbound Sales Agent Short Term Insurance
Your job Purpose:
To sell Short Term insurance products through outbound sales campaigns to
existing and new clients under supervision whilst at the same time achieving
set sales targets.
Accountabilities include:
- Sales
- Action all allocated campaign leads by contacting the clients and selling the product to them
- Provide the correct campaign product information at all times during
- Meet agreed sales targets and conversion ratios
- Manage rejections to ensure submitted sales become loaded sales
- Drive first contact resolution by applying sales techniques and objection handing
- Customer Experience
- Ensure that any documentation requests are dealt with timeously and that call backs are actioned
- Assist client at point of contact and if unable to assist, ensure that the client is referred to the correct channel
- Meet and exceed quality assurance requirements
- Risk and Compliance
- Ensure that all Absa Group Compliance exams are completed timeously and the relevant pass mark achieved
- Ensure that all Regulatory and Absa Group Compliance requirements are met & non-compliance as escalated
- Human Resources
- Ensure that all personal details such as street address, contact numbers etc. are up to date on the Barclays Phonebook, or any other system that requires updating
- Operational efficiencies
- Achieve talk time targets required as contracted with the line manager
- Ensure accurate output by ensuring accurate application of processes trained and provided
Essential/Basic Qualifications
Requirements:
- NQF Level 4: Matric or equivalent
- 0 -1years’ experience in Contact Centre Sales Outbound
- Selling skills
- Product Knowledge
- Computer Literacy
- No criminal record
